DRAFT Day sheets are posted no later than the Monday following entries closing.
DRAFT REVIEW IS 48 HOURS IN MOST CASES
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK DRAFT DAY SHEETS IN THE TIME ALLOTTED!
Review BOTH days of the DRAFT.
Each Rodeo (Day) is independently entered and independent rodeos
YOU MUST CHECK BOTH DRAFT SHEETS!
DAY 1 DAYSHEET AND DAY 2 DAYSHEET
We strongly recommend using the “FIND” feature of your phone or computer when view the Draft Day sheets.
It is imperative that you check daysheet for your events during the DRAFT review time.
if there are”0″ next to names – It is the Draft
If you wait until the rodeo to inform us you were not on the Daysheets, You will not compete that day in those events and you will be refunded your entry fees for those events only.
If you/your child are not entered the way you feel they entered – Report that on the DRAFT CHANGES link BELOW.
If you were not on the DRAFT and did not check and report to the link below by posted day/time and wait until the Rodeo to notify us you are not on the day sheet you will not be added at the rodeo.

***This is the only way to do it***
- Medical and Vet Draw Outs received by Wednesday before the rodeo by 5:00PM will Receive a full refund. Received after that will be Event Entry fees less Office Fee of $70
- If you cannot attend – You will be refunded Event Entry Fees only – Not Office Fee of $35. ANY DRAW OUT THAT IS NOT MEDICAL OR VET THAT HAPPENS AFTER 6AM ON Saturday Morning IS A TURNOUT.
